Take a huge breath. Close your eyes. Count 1 - 10. Repeat it over again.
It seems that its very easy to blow one's fuse in today's chaotic world, so just wanted to remind all of us to keep our cool in stressful situations. Once emotion takes over, sometimes we do things we regret. Remember that glass that are broken can never be repaired, and that should be a big reminder for all of us - though I wish to reserve alot of that to myself.
